Return Policy, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be 100% happy with everything you buy at Cozy Acres Tack Shop. 
​Please read the following guidelines for product returns.

The following items cannot be accepted for exchange or refunds:

• Personalized or custom ordered items
• Books and videos
• Supplements / wormer or any ingestible product ( for safety reasons)
• Saddles are not refundable if marked in any manner, or if we have special ordered in for you.
• Any undergarments are non-refundable​

We are happy to make exchanges and refunds provided that the equipment has not been used or damaged. Please return your merchandise in its original condition, with a copy of the sales invoice, within 30 days for a refund or exchange. 
We will replace at our discretion articles which prove to be defective in workmanship.

Please mail the item back to us by insured ground mail via Canada Post . Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, we cannot accept “freight collect”/ COD  returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We require a note with your name, telephone number and a brief explanation for our records, as well as the sales invoice.
Exchanges will be shipped back to you at the cost to ship the item via Canada Post.  Due to high shipping costs we are unable to ship exchanges at no cost.
